<li>Experience managing various types of leaves, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, Workers&rsquo; Compensation, and personal leaves.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of federal and state employment and leave laws required.</li>
<li>Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., UKG Pro, Oracle, SAP, or similar) preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment strongly preferred.</li>

Team members must be available to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
