Overview:</b></p><p>
Human Resources Intern will assist functional HR areas to learn and attain hands on experience with all capacities of HR field. HR Intern will be assigned projects that will enhance experience and teach on procedures for HR functions. This position reports to the HR Director at Wonderful Citrus.</p><p><b>

Provide HR support, including but not limited to the following areas: employee relations, new employee orientation, company events, and leaves-of-absence.</li><li>
Actively communicates health and safety information to employees and participates in accident, injury and illness prevention activities.</li><li>
Administer policies and procedures as required, new hire paperwork including I-9s, W-4s, background screen, drug testing, etc.</li><li>

Develop and implement a proactive employee relations environment balancing management and employee concerns.</li><li>
