How Do Summer Internships Work?
Interns start mid-May and work until early August and work full-time (40 hours per week). TLC provides flexible schedule options with various start times. Responsibilities:
The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support the Learning and Development team by posting upcoming and recorded trainings, tracking attendance, coordinating catering and accommodations, and verifying employee credentials. They will also support the Talent Acquisition team by updating job posting templates, offer letter templates, and position descriptions. The Intern's administrative responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, maintaining inventory, data entry, and ad hoc reporting. The Human Resources Intern will be provided on-the-job training and mentorship.
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Currently pursuing an accredited bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or another related field</li><li>
