</li></ul>Here are some responsibilities for the potential Leasing Consultant:
<ul><li>Welcomes and engages prospects, residents and guests in person in the office and by answer the phone.
</li><li>Prepares and schedules property viewings, conducts property tours and interviews prospective residents.
</li><li>Addresses and resolves residents and prospective residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
</li><li>Processes potential resident applications (screening and reviewing results), renewing existing residents and creating rental agreements.
</li><li>Inspects property conditions and ensures standards of cleanliness are met. Coordinates with maintenance and housekeeping when needed.
</li><li>Maintains organized and updated resident files and records.
</li><li>Reports any problems or issues to the Community manager (or respective Leasing Manager).
</li><li>Maintains a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
</li><li>Ensures compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner.
</li><li>Helps/Assists and promote resident activities.
</li><li>Complete any other assigned duties.
</li></ul>As the ideal candidate, your background includes:
<ul><li>Bring your high energy and positive attitude to contribute to an awesome team atmosphere!
</li><li>Great customer service with excellent communication skills from relatable experience whether property leasing or hospitality (hotels, restaurants), retail service, etc.
</li><li>Bilingual preferred.
</li><li>Willingness to work harmoniously with other staff, vendors, contractors, and residents.
</li><li>A high school diploma or GED is required; degree preferred.
</li><li>Requires reading and writing English fluently; basic mathematical skills required.
</li><li>Ability to communicate in both written format or verbally with people and present a positive, professional image.
</li><li>You have killer time management skills.
</li><li>Excellent administrative and organizational abilities with a keen sense for details
</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with assertiveness.
</li><li>Ability to professionally engage and &quot;seal the deal&quot;
</li><li>Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Teams, Word and Excel.
</li><li>Yardi, Resmen, Onsite Property Management Software experience preferred.
</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
