Position Summary
The Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by leading hourly recruiting efforts, coordinating new hire orientation, and assisting with payroll administration. This role serves as one of the first points of contact for new employees, helping create a welcoming onboarding experience while ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
This position works approximately 20-25 hours per week with flexibility based on business needs. Additional hours may be available during peak hiring periods.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>

Requirements:

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li>Two (2) years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR coordinator role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively and build trust with internal stakeholders.</li>
</ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
<ul><li>PHR or SHRM-CP certification.</li>
<li>Experience supporting HRBP or working in a matrixed HR environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR data analytics tools or reporting systems.</li>
