Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud optimization and adoption, including hiring manager training, workflow refinement, standardized offer letters and communications, and clean, reliable recruitment data and reporting.</li><li>

<p></p><div><ul><li>Manage the citywide recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with policies, practices, and procedures, including consulting with departments to resolve recruitment and hiring issues.</li><li>
Lead the Talent Acquisition team: supervise professional and paraprofessional staff, including prioritizing and assigning work, training, coaching, and evaluating performance.</li><li>
Serve as business owner of Oracle Recruiting Cloud: guide configuration priorities, adoption, hiring manager enablement, and continuous improvement of recruiting workflows.</li><li>
Facilitate executive and hard-to-fill candidate searches, including proactive sourcing strategies and coordination with search firms when appropriate.</li><li>
Review applicant-tracking information; oversee job postings, offer processes, and background checks; extend job offers.</li><li>
Perform complex data analyses; prepare original reports on recruitment outcomes; identify trends; and facilitate process improvements.</li><li>
Manage budgets and expenditures; assess resource needs; develop requests for proposals; and negotiate and administer vendor contracts.</li><li>
Oversee the preparation and review of job descriptions and internal and external recruitment communications and marketing materials.</li><li>

Oversee all Human Resources (HR) activities, including collaborating with local leadership on decisions to ensure the effective delivery of processes and procedures as a Human Resources Manager</li><li>
Evaluate current and potential HR issues and needs to deliver strategic responses while partnering with local business leaders on workforce plans</li><li>
Balance conflicting points of view and mediate difficult employee relations issues as a neutral party</li><li>
Lead talent management, employee development training, and evaluate the mid-year and annual performance reviews, as well as the annual compensation process</li><li>
