<li>Understand, interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and compliance, including pertinent human resource laws and applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.</li>
<li>Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.</li>
<li>Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues.</li>
<li>Proficient knowledge in payroll accounting software (Paycor), Microsoft Office applications, and electronic mail.</li>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>

<div>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk or sit. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.</div>

</b></div><div>Normal work day is Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM, including one hour allocated for lunch.</div>
<div></div><div><b>TARGET SALARY RANGE: $57,000 to $67,000 annually</b></div>
