<b>Essential Job Function</b></div>
<ul><li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems, including systems up to 100 tons cooling capacity, 10 million BTUs heating capacity, and boilers up to 150 HP</li>
<li>Inspect and troubleshoot equipment using schematics, drawings, and manufacturer handbooks to ensure efficiency and compliance with local codes</li>
<li>Perform scheduled maintenance, seasonal overhauls, and modifications to improve system reliability and performance</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and effective communication</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations for refrigerants, fuels, and hazardous materials</li>

As an <b>HVAC Service Technician</b> at MTech Mechanical, you will be a trusted expert in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems. <b>Essential Job Function</b></div>
<ul><li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems, including systems up to 100 tons cooling capacity, 10 million BTUs heating capacity, and boilers up to 150 HP</li>
<li>Inspect and troubleshoot equipment using schematics, drawings, and manufacturer handbooks to ensure efficiency and compliance with local codes</li>
<li>Perform scheduled maintenance, seasonal overhauls, and modifications to improve system reliability and performance</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and effective communication</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations for refrigerants, fuels, and hazardous materials</li>
<li>Complete all required documentation promptly, including work orders, safety checklists, and equipment registrations</li>
<li>Operate company vehicles responsibly and follow MTech policies</li>
<li>Provide mentorship and technical training to team members as needed</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li><b>Experience: Completion of a 4-year HVAC apprenticeship or 4+ years of relevant field experience is required</b></li>
<li>Education: High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Must meet MTech&rsquo;s driving standards and willingness to travel to our various mountain region clients</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with expertise in HVAC service</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to continued learning</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, respond to on-call needs, and adapt to dynamic project requirements</li>
