Quality Control &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure project execution complies with industry standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, etc.), local codes, and safety regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to verify quality of workmanship and adherence to plans.</li><li>Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and checklists.</li></ul>4. Client &amp; Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Attend client meetings and provide updates on project progress.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other contractors involved in the project.</li><li>Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication of changes or issues.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and site logs.</li><li>Prepare and submit project status reports, snag lists, and project close-out documents.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and operation &amp; maintenance manuals.</li><li>Prepare Measurement Sheet and Get Measurement Approval from Customer/Engineer/Architect/PMC.</li></ul>6. Procurement &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Assist procurement team with material requisitions and delivery follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure availability of required materials and tools on site as per project schedule.</li><li>Track material usage and minimize wastage.</li></ul>7. Testing &amp; Commissioning<ul><li>Supervise pre-commissioning and final commissioning of HVAC systems.</li><li>Ensure systems are tested for functionality, airflow, pressure balance, and energy efficiency.</li><li>Assist in performance testing and client handover.</li></ul>8.
