Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee the entire lifecycle of HVAC Sales projects, including bidding and execution.</li><li>
Conduct in-home assessments of HVAC equipment, considering system type, age, customer preference, etc.</li><li>
Effectively communicate customer preferences and requirements, proposing tailored solutions.</li><li>
Collaborate with customers to design projects and identify optimal solutions.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.</li><li>
Assist customers in securing financing options for HVAC projects when necessary.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, project details, and sales progress.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between customers and the company to address any concerns or inquiries promptly.</li><li>
Cultivate and manage customer relationships to foster long-term satisfaction.</li><li>
Manage scheduling, change orders, submittals, and close-out documentation.</li><li>
Engage in ongoing training to continually improve sales skills and product knowledge.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum of one (1) year of residential HVAC sales experience, mandatory.</li><li>
A minimum of two (2) years of in-home sales experience.</li><li>
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.</li><li>
Preferred experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or ServiceTitan.</li><li>
A strong local reputation and knowledge of the Seattle service areas is highly desirable.</li></ul>

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Comfort Designer
As a professional HVAC Sales Associate / Home Comfort Designer, you are a key team member who proactively nurtures customer relationships and helps customers design an HVAC system that will meet their home comfort needs. 
Specific Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>
Available to go on two to three calls per day, including some weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability</li><li>
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>
Complete all necessary paperwork including agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes, and rebate forms.</li><li>
Lead generation activities include attending networking events, home shows, community events, and making outbound calls.</li><li>
Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.</li></ul>
