 Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves. Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed. Maintain inventory and purchase orders log. Inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Operate power lift.  Raytheon Field Engineering is seeking an experienced Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Facilities Engineer to join our team in Supporting Operations, Maintenance, and Integration of the Qatar Early Warning Radar (QEWR). The selected candidate will be responsible for the HVAC Facilities Maintenance of the Radar facility. They will serve as the lead technical point of contact for customer operation, maintenance, and inspection procedures and techniques. The HVAC Facilities Engineer may integrate, and test mechanical-focused hardware, conduct mechanical analyses, and consistent coordination and communication across teams in order to ensure successful HVAC hardware performance. This role may also include leading teams or sub-contractors in the completion of above tasks. Responsible for performing Preventive Maintenance Checks Services (PMCS), troubleshoot and repair of HVAC support EWR systems. Coordinates PMCS and repair execution activities to the Lead. Provides inputs to development of operational reports. Creating a maintenance plan and entering non-conformance into Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO). Establishes maintenance and repair schedules based on equipment schedules and availability of parts, tools, personnel, and unit mission. Establishes internal administrative procedures to procure, store, and issue publications, tools, parts, and POL. Manages maintenance float items to replace equipment not repairable within prescribed time limits. Other duties will include movement of materials and equipment to work locations, work site set up, completion of records, and maintaining accountability of tools and equipment. The HVAC Technician must observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing of required personal safety equipment.

 Ensure that preventive Maintenance are well aligned with HSE requirement and equipment best reliability and availability

 Provide input to the team weekly reports, Unio tracker and KPI

 Provide technical support to FOPS and other NOC colleagues where required.

 Develop, with the TADM, the technical information required to create, update, block and delete references stored under its technical authority (in particular the General Specifications and QA / QC requirements), in close collaboration with the Stock Controller , specifically replenishment parameters. (MRP Type and MRP parameters).

 Responsible for new Spare Parts, ensuring they are referenced and attached to their equipment through the BOM in PALM
 </li>
 <li>
 Supply the TADM with the stock preservation operation to be carried out by logistics or specialized company for equipment under own area of expertise.

 Anticipate obsolescence, generate actionplan for mitigation and present to the Lead Engineer
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve contractor/supplier contracts, reduce costs and improve the quality of services/products supplied.
 </li>
 <li>
 All staff must be willing to participate in Crisis Response Training and to assist during Emergency Response Situations if required.

 </ul>
 Education
 <ul>
 <li>
 BSc in electrical engineering or equivalent
 </li>
 </ul>
 Experience
 <ul>
 <li>
 10 years experience on an oil &amp; gas field with at least 3 years at a senior technical support level and at least 3 years in electrical &amp; HVAC maintenance level
 </li>
 <li>
 Significant knowledge of offshore plant and equipment and maintenance systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a senior electrical engineering position demonstrating competency in the area of expertise
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical knowledge of maintenance and inspection management tools (SAP module PM &amp; MM)
 </li>
 <li>
 Medically fit to travel to offshore oil &amp; gas platform
 </li>
 <li>
 Results driven approach and attitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (listening, writing and speaking) and its technical vocabulary.
 </li>
