Nature &amp; Scope<ul><li>
The HYCO Operations shift Supervisor is accountable for managing and supervising the operations shift team including shift leads and operators for BHIG facilities which include a Hydrogen Steam Methane Reformer, a CO2 Removal Unit &amp; CO2 Compression, HPSA, Membrane Unit, related Utilities and pipeline network. The Operations Shift Supervisor will manage the day-to-day plant shift operations, which include daily customer production meetings, close communication with feed stock and utilities suppliers to ensure daily operational targets are achieved, interfacing with the Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the site. The Operations shift Supervisor will be responsible to ensure the Operations staff is properly trained to support the operations in addition to the incumbent execute daily tasks if required which include preparing and implementing safety work permits, LOTO, completing operations preventative maintenance activities, and assist the maintenance and engineering teams in preparing and executing corrective maintenance activities.</li></ul>
Principal Accountabilities:
Safety<ul><li>

Facilitate attainment of operations excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, cost reduction, services, continuous improvements, and meeting of budgets.</li><li>
Maintain a relationship with the customer&rsquo;s counterparts from other Refinery Units where from APQ either receiving Feedstock, Utilities &amp; Power or supplying Hydrogen and Steam to different Refinery Units on a regular basis through Refinery Shift Superintendent to ensure alignment of expectations for APQ and the customers current and future product demand.</li><li>
Fully accountable to ensure his logs and that his operator&rsquo;s logs are accurate and compliant with published matrix.</li><li>
Accountable to view all IOW Event Manager Logs and ensure proper actions have been taken on a daily basis.</li><li>
Accountable to personally inspect all Active Leaks each shift and update any degradation in his report.</li><li>
Accountable to audit, review and assign action each day for the logs from his operators.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations preferred. An associate technical degree (2-year certificate) will be considered based on years of experience and competence.</li><li>
Experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or a maintenance function. Demonstrated HYCO knowledge a plus, with a minimum of 10 years&rsquo; experience with 4 + years in line supervision of process operations roles.</li><li>
Expectation based on level of experience for the operations team to achieve a &lsquo;Level 1 / Board Level&rsquo; status within 2 &ndash; 4 years. Operators will be evaluated during the training period and placed at the level of competence accordingly. All the operations team are considered field and board operators when Level 1 is achieved. The HYCO Lead Operator, reporting to the HYCO Shift Supervisor, is accountable for the day-to-day DCS &amp; Field Operation of HYCO facility, ensuring the production requirements set by the customer are achieved. HYCO Lead Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient and stable operation of the entire Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit from a centralized control room using DCS. This includes monitoring, controlling and optimizing to meet production targets, quality specifications and environmental regulations. This includes actively supporting plant performance, process optimization and production stability while maintaining strong focus on safety &amp; compliance. The HYCO Lead Operator will execute daily tasks which include preparing and implementing safety work permits, LOTO, completing operations preventative maintenance activities, and assist the maintenance and engineering teams in preparing and executing corrective maintenance activities. Lead operator will handle the Shift lead responsibility in absence of Shift supervisor ensuring the business continuity. 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Operate the pipeline network to supply Hydrogen, steam and CO2 to customers&rsquo; pipelines safely and efficiently.

Follow the Site Work Instruction Manuals for production &amp; supply of Product H2, CO2 &amp; Steam along with other operating and maintenance procedures and checklists to meet the customer&rsquo;s satisfaction with safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility of product supply while compliance with requirements.</li><li>

Constantly monitor all process variables (flows, temperatures, pressures, levels, analytical values) via DCS to ensure they are within defined operating limits.</li><li>
Manipulate control loops, setpoints and cascades to maintain sable operations of all integrated units.</li><li>
Use historical data and trends to predict equipment performance degradation, identify inefficiencies and prevent potential trips and failures.</li><li>
Execute &amp; supervise the detailed start up sequence for the entire plant or individual units/loops form a cold condition, warm condition or hot stand by condition, ensuring a smooth &amp; safe transition to full load normal operations. Assist in the commissioning activities of the facility</li><li>
Maintain constant communication with field operators, providing instructions for equipment adjustments, isolations and rounds.</li><li>
Liaise with the maintenance team to co-ordinate equipment preparation for maintenance (isolation, purging &amp; blinding) and safe taking equipment back in line.</li><li>
Conduct detailed and accurate shift handovers with incoming operators, highlighting any abnormalities, ongoing work and special instruction. Follow shift turnover protocols to ensure a safe and efficient handover to the following shift.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely logs of operating parameters, significant events and production data. Fully accountable to ensure his logs and that his operator&rsquo;s logs are accurate and compliant with published matrix.</li><li>
Identify the root cause of process deviations and equipment malfunction. Work with engineers to implement long-term solutions.</li><li>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>

Experience in DCS Operation &amp; Field Operation, with minimum of 5 years&rsquo; Lead DCS Operations
</li><li>Experience in SMR based Hydrogen or Ammonia or Methanol or Syngas plant as DCS Operator.</li><li>
Proficiency with DCS platforms (e.g. Yokogawa Centum VP, Siemens PCS 7)</li><li>

Purpose

Nature &amp; Scope
The HYCO Training Specialist, reporting to the Training Lead, is accountable for managing the technical training program and executing the training for the Operations &amp; Maintenance staff for the Jubail HYCO Facility, that include steam methane reformer SMR, CO2 removal, MBU, PSA, STG units, and pipeline operations. The Training Specialist will in cooperation with the Engineering, HR, Procurement, and HSSE. develop and manage a long-term training program for the Operations &amp; Maintenance teams, focusing on operational excellence resulting in the safe and reliable operation of the site. The HYCO Training Specialist is part of the operating staff and will support operations as a day-to-day function.

TECHNICAL<ul><li>
Provide direction &amp; guidance based on technical feedback from Engineering and Maintenance on training required for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities.

 Constantly monitor all process variables (flows, temperatures, pressures, levels, analytical values) by regular field rounds. Conduct detailed and timely field rounds to inspect all equipment using sight, sound, smell and by monitoring local gauges and indicators. Make local adjustments to valves, dampers, and controllers as required to maintain process parameters within defined limits. Collect routine process samples from designated points.

 Execute the detailed start up sequence for the entire plant or individual units/loops form a cold condition, warm condition or hot stand by condition, ensuring a smooth &amp; safe transition to full load normal operations. Assist in the commissioning activities of the facility. Actively participate in plant startup and shutdown sequences as per detailed procedures.

 Maintain constant communication with DCS Operator &amp; Shift Supervisor, providing instructions for equipment adjustments, isolations and rounds.
