As a Framo Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for performing Inspection and service work on FRAMO pumping system, any installations or vessels in operation. Both ad-hoc and planned service/maintenance, e.g. vessel Dry Dockings. In the beginning, we&rsquo;ll mainly focus on inspections of the FRAMO cargo pumping systems, Framo&rsquo;s scope of supply, documentation, reporting, condition-based maintenance, performance, automation, electric and hydraulic control system. About the Role</b></p><p>
Mott MacDonald is currently looking for a Wet Utilities Engineer for its Land Development team in Dubai, to support with the technical delivery of multiple master-planning &amp; land development projects across the UAE.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Prepare reports and design documentation for water, firefiighting, irrigation, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare hydraulic modelling for water, firefighting, irrigation, wastewater, and stormwater.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare design using Civil 3D software for BIM environment.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure quality and timely delivery of infrastructure projects to Mott MacDonald clients.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct a technical review for progress reporting.</p></li><li><p>
Liaising/meeting with developers, clients or stakeholders to update on progress.</p></li><li><p>
Provide any reports update to the projects design managers and project managers including clients when needed.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate aspects of projects submittal and deliverables, reviews and approvals against contract requirements. Report and advice on deviations from the same</p></li><li><p>
Assist in providing design, reports, and liaison role for all disciplines/departments.</p></li><li><p>
Assist the Manager/Senior Engineers or Designates in work coordination with other Mott MacDonald teams.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in providing marketing support to the team with current and future clients.</p></li><li><p>
Seek the optimal solution from internal and external sources for any design-related issues.</p></li><li><p>
Outline cost and quantity estimation for wet services.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Candidate Specification :</b></p><ul><li><p>
Minimum bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering;</p></li><li><p>
Hydraulic modelling and Design of pressurised and gravity systems using Bentley and Civil3D software</p></li><li><p>
Ability to manage a design and approval process interfacing with the project team, clients, authorities, and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>
Experience of design and approval of infrastructure projects in UAE and KSA.</p></li><li><p>
In-depth understanding of UAE and KSA Authority Guidelines is a must.</p></li><li><p>
Sound knowledge of local UAE authority and standards mainly (RTA, DEWA, DM, DMT, ADDC, TRANSCO, DoE/ ADWEA, ETISALAT, DU, RSB, ADM)</p></li><li><p>
Experienced in BIM</p></li><li><p>
In-depth understanding of relevant software is a must.</p></li><li><p>
Must come from a strong infrastructure engineering background with previous experience on infrastructure projects.</p></li><li><p>
Project Management Professional, or similar qualifications</p></li><li><p>
Experience and skills including ProjectWise, SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, Infraworks, Navisworks, Openutilities, etc.</p></li></ul>
