Any machine that is beyond repairs must be disposed as per asset dispose policy and CMC is raised to order new machine.</p><p>
Induct cleaners with appropriate training in the operation of sensitive &amp; specialized cleaning machinery such as polishers, vacuum cleaners, Floor scrubbers etc., and in safe systems of work. All staff requires training in cleaning kitchen machineries, using cleaning machinery and follow safety measures while handling the machineries.</p><p>
Cleaning officer will prepare training module for every machine as per suppliers&rsquo; recommendation and impact the theoretical and practical training to staff. He must prepare schedules for trainings, keep track of staff trained and also organize refresher training</p><p>
