The role ensures smooth integration of business processes into the ERP system while meeting organizational goals and timelines.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>* Analyze current business processes and identify system requirements.</p><p>* Coordinate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.</p><p>* Plan and manage ERP implementation projects from start to finish.</p><p>* Configure and customize ERP modules based on business needs.</p><p>* Ensure proper data migration from legacy systems to the ERP platform.</p><p>* Conduct system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing).</p><p>* Provide user training and support during and after implementation.</p><p>* Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.</p><p>* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.</p><p>* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.</p><p>* Prepare documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and reports.</p><p><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></p><p>* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.</p><p>* Proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).</p><p>* Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).</p><p>* Project management and problem-solving skills.</p><p>* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</p><p>* Knowledge of database systems and basic technical concepts is a plus.</p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p><p>* ERP certification (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).</p><p>* 3 Years Experience required</p><p>Experience with data migration and system integration.</p><p>* Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.</p><p><b>KPIs (Performance Indicators):</b></p><p>* Successful ERP implementation within timeline and budget.</p><p>* User adoption rate and satisfaction.</p><p>* System performance and issue resolution time.</p><p>* Accuracy of data migration and reporting.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>

As a member of the Implementation team, you will drive the growth of the organization by ensuring that new customers are successfully onboarded efficiently, which is a complex process with many moving parts, people, and vendors. This role will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to deploy campuses or new shops. From setting up/configuring hardware to building out what our shops/menus will look like. Becoming a knowledge expert will allow you to achieve success.</p><p></p><p><b>

The Role:</b></p><p>
As a customer facing member of the Support Team, the <b>Implementation Specialist</b> serves a key role as the face of Interra Health to newly signed customers, guiding them from post-sale through go-live. This is a great time to join a growing Customer Success team with opportunities to develop processes and contribute to scalable success strategies. An organized planner to the core, you&rsquo;re experienced in ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience by developing project plans, working to understand customer goals, and guiding customers through the implementation of our product. You will train different users within the product and assist with communication and launch activities for each customer.
