 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
 
 
 
 &bull; Import &amp; Export Operations &mdash; Execute and support import and export transactions across all regions, including off-system exports and off-system imports, in accordance with CIMP and CEMP policies.
 
 &bull; Coverage Support &mdash; Provide desk coverage for team members during vacations and absences, as well as support ongoing project work as needed.
 
 &bull; 3PL &amp; Broker Management &mdash; Manage and coordinate activities with BDP International and other third-party logistics providers as they relate to import and export shipments.
 
 &bull; The incumbent is expected to exercise sound judgment in resolving operational issues with limited supervision, leveraging their prior international experience to contribute from day one. This role directly supports ability to maintain compliant, efficient, and uninterrupted international trade operations. The position must operate within the constraints of applicable trade regulations, internal policies, and CIMP/CEMP frameworks.
 
 
 
 
 Required:
 
 
 
 &bull; 1+ years of professional experience in international logistics, import/export operations, or international trade compliance
 
 &bull; Demonstrated working knowledge of import and export compliance execution, monitoring, and operational self-assessments
 
 &bull; Familiarity with international logistics environments and multi-region trade operations
 
 &bull; Experience with or exposure to drafting and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
 
 &bull; Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy; ability to identify data inconsistencies
 
 &bull; Effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
 
 &bull; Analytical mindset with basic change management and training capabilities
