Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Transport Operations: Manage and organize international transport operations (Road, Sea, and Air) for packed and bulk shipments based on incoming requests, ensuring timely delivery and process efficiency.</li><li>
Road Transport Management: Monitor market conditions for road transport; manage tender processes to negotiate rates and service terms with carriers, particularly in high-volume regions, and organize annual freight agreements.</li><li>
Sea Freight Tracking: Continuously track global sea freight trends and rates, providing regular updates to Product Management and Procurement teams to support cost-effective decision-making.</li><li>
Cost Management &amp; SAP: Accurately input freight cost forecasts into SAP. Verify incoming freight invoices against agreed rates and coordinate with the Accounting department for processing.</li><li>
Claims &amp; Insurance: Manage the insurance claim process for damaged cargo from initial application to final resolution. Prepare and present monthly KPI reports regarding damages and claims.</li><li>
Optimization: Monitor international transport developments and actively seek alternative logistics solutions to minimize freight costs and improve efficiency.</li><li>
Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in International Transport operations (Road, Air, &amp; Sea).</li><li>
Solid knowledge of Import/Export regulations and general Logistics processes.</li><li>
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.</li><li>
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li></ul>

<li>Verify invoices and shipping documents to enhance accordance with federal regulations</li>
<li>Verify entries to ensure customer requirements are met and suggest routine corrective actions in case of deviations</li>
<li>Ensure export, import and gateway operations are as per business guidelines and compliant with set expectations</li>
<li>Perform IT systems related tasks to provide updated information on shipment</li>
<li>Work with internal functions such as customer service, product, sales, etc.</li>
<li>Coordinate with overseas office to check and verify shipment information</li>
<li>Identify and resolve recurring issues, and suggest modifications for import/ export work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency</li>
