</p><p>This position is primarily responsible for the general sanitation duties including light repairs and preventative maintenance.</p><p><b>
General Accountabilities include:</b></p><ul><li>
Complete work orders</li><li>
Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain proper documentation</li><li>
Problem solves light maintenance repairs</li><li>
Maintain sufficient inventory levels</li><li>
Efficient communication regarding work orders with Operations Teams</li><li>
Proactively identify building issues and maintenance needs</li><li>
Performs minor plumbing &amp; electrical maintenance</li><li>
Maintain the weekly supply inventory for the facility</li><li>
Maintain outdoor grounds by weed whacking, mowing, and weed removal</li><li>
Remove debris and snow from sidewalks as needed</li><li>
Clean and sanitize the interior of the buildings including floors, carpet, windows, and warehouse racking</li><li>
Sweep and clean the warehouse docks and aisles</li><li>
Maintain the master sanitation schedule</li><li>
Empty and disinfect trash receptacles</li><li>
Other building related maintenance, repair issues, and duties as assigned</li></ul><p><b>

<p></p><div><ul><li><i>You will serve as a liaison between the sales, production, purchasing and quality control departments.</i></li><li><i>This includes owning the ordering process. (i.e. lost orders, stopped orders, general order status, rush orders and large order processing).</i></li><li><i>The next step of that process is reporting on-time delivery metrics to gauge performance and communicating lead times and delivery dates to sales and purchasing.</i></li><li><i>You will determine production schedules to meet customer expectations and minimize cost.

</p><p></p><p>The <b>HR Generalist </b>will provide Human Resources (HR) support at our <b>Beloit, WI</b> and <b>Madison, WI </b>locations, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, company policies and procedures, benefits, WC, training, performance management, and leaves of absence. Additionally, this role will work collaboratively with human resources team members to assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to achieve department and corporate objectives.</p><p>
