We are looking for an experienced and motivated Club Manager to join our team in Kalba. The ideal candidate for the role must be, results-driven, and ready to join immediately.Arab speaker is a plus point.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth functioning</li><li>Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets</li><li>Deliver excellent member experience and handle client concerns professionally</li><li>Monitor sales performance, memberships, and revenue targets</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, health &amp; safety standards</li><li>Coordinate with head office on reports, staffing, and operational needs</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Club Manager or in a similar leadership role (fitness/health club preferred)</li><li>Fluent inArabicand English</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Immediate availability</li></ul>Location: KalbaJob Type: Full-time
