 Provide continuous operational response capability 24/7.

 Command emergency incidents at Tactical (Silver) and Strategic (Gold) levels when required.

 Recommend procurement or hiring for equipment, personnel, or supplies as needed.

 Organize fire strategy meetings; prepare and present reports to RSFR management.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Lead emergency operations, including disaster relief, hazardous materials response, high-angle rescue, confined space, marine, aviation, and environmental protection.

 Recruit and direct firefighters to maintain operational readiness.
 
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, H&amp;S legislation, and quality standards.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field or Business Administration.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Project management experience in private fire service delivery.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven leader with extensive strategic-level fire and rescue experience.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experienced Strategic Incident Commander (Tactical Silver &amp; Strategic Gold).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 20 years relevant experience; 3 years managerial experience in-country beneficial.
 
 </li>
