Position Overview
In this role, you will manage inbound customer interactions and provide timely, accurate support across a variety of service areas. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism while ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Answering inbound calls and providing a positive, solution-oriented customer experience</li><li>
Assisting with basic technical troubleshooting and initiating support tickets as needed</li><li>
Scheduling appointments at designated service locations</li><li>
Accurately documenting all customer interactions, including inquiries, concerns, and resolutions</li><li>
Conducting follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers remain informed</li><li>
Delivering consistent, high-quality service in a structured environment</li></ul>
Required Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred</li><li>
Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments</li><li>
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently</li><li>
Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision</li><li>
Ability to successfully complete an extensive credentialing and background check process</li></ul>
