<p></p><div><div><div><div><p>The Inside Sales/ Lead Manager is responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads. This is a high-volume pre-sales role requiring consistent follow-up with new leads.</p>
<p>
What you will do:</p>
<ul>
<li>Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers</li>
<li>Aggressive follow up on &quot;after-hours&quot; or missed calls</li>
<li>Utilize multiple methods of contact (text messaging, e-mails, phone calls) to reach prospective sellers</li>
<li>Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process</li>
<li>Audit leads to ensure they're followed up on appropriately</li>
<li>Assign leads that aren't auto assigned to Real Estate Consultants</li>
<li>Follow up on aged leads</li>
<li>Provide general sales support</li>
</ul>
<p>About You:</p>
<ul>
<li>You have 2+ years of experience working in a high volume inbound/outbound call environment</li>
<li>You have followed up on leads to begin the lead qualification process</li>
<li>You have experience working with consumers/homeowners (preferred)</li>
<li>You have experience in real estate (preferred)</li>
<li>You have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred)</li>
<li>You have experience in real estate (preferred)</li>

<p><b>Overview</b></p><p>We are a weight loss surgery clinic based in DFW, focused on helping patients achieve long-term, sustainable weight loss through advanced surgical care.</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for someone with a strong sales background who can confidently handle inbound leads and guide them toward scheduling a consultation. The ideal candidate is personable, communicates clearly, and knows how to build trust while still driving action.</p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>1+ year of sales or appointment setting experience (inbound preferred)</li><li>Comfortable spending multiple hours/day on the phone</li><li>Ability to respond to new leads quickly (within minutes during shift)</li><li>Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to take calls without interruptions</li><li>Strong English communication skills (clear, concise, and professional)</li><li>Bonus: Fluent in Spanish</li></ul><p><b>Role Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Qualify leads (intent, timing, basic fit)</li><li>Call and text inbound leads within minutes of form submissions</li><li>Clearly explain the consultation process and next steps</li><li>Get qualified leads to commit to and schedule a consultation</li><li>Follow up persistently with leads who don&rsquo;t convert immediately</li><li>Track all activity and notes inside the CRM</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates</li></ul><p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>Proven sales experience (high-ticket or appointment setting preferred)</li><li>Strong phone presence&mdash;confident, clear, and controlled</li><li>Able to balance empathy with direction (not passive, not pushy)</li><li>Comfortable handling sensitive conversations (health, weight, finances)</li><li>Confidently handle common objections (cost, fear, time, uncertainty)</li><li>Fast response time and high sense of urgency</li><li>Organized and consistent with follow-ups</li><li>Bonus: Background in healthcare, bariatric, or medical sales</li></ul><p><b>Compensation</b></p><ul><li>Base pay + performance-based bonuses tied to scheduled consultations</li></ul><p><b>Schedule</b></p><ul><li>Full Time (~40 hours/week)</li><li>Monday &ndash; Friday</li><li>12:00 PM CST &ndash; 8:15 PM CST</li><li>Fully remote</li></ul><p>Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Paid training</li><li>Work from home</li></ul><p>Work Location: Remote</p>
