In this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division&rsquo;s strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will focus on building a high-quality sales pipeline, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by positioning ABB as a key enabler of flexible, safe, and scalable automation. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, business development acumen, and field sales expertise in collaborative robotics or industrial automation. You will be instrumental in expanding ABB&rsquo;s footprint in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as large manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Execute a strategic go-to-market plan to grow ABB&rsquo;s cobot pipeline and convert opportunities into sales across priority regions and industries.</li><li>
Identify and engage with potential end users, system integrators, machine builders, and channel partners to promote ABB&rsquo;s collaborative robot portfolio.</li><li>

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Business, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within industrial automation, robotics, or collaborative robotics; or other combination of degree and work experience, i.e. Associate's degree and 7+ years.</li><li>
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline.</li><li>
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S.</li></ul></div><div>
