Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate status and interview details in ADP.</li><li>
Build and maintain talent pipelines across engineering and manufacturing.</li><li>
Conduct reference checks, criminal background checks, drug screens, degree verification, and other pre-employment screening as necessary.</li><li>
Process new hires and promotions within ADP, including distributing pre-hire paperwork, ensuring onboarding tasks are completed, and I9 verification.</li><li>
Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive company and employee information.</li><li>
Assist with other HR duties as assigned including HRIS administration, employee relations, training and development, reporting, etc.</li></ul><div></div><div> 
Required Qualifications</div><ul><li>
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.</li><li>
1+ years of experience recruiting for engineering and technical roles.</li><li>
Experience managing requisitions within an ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, SAP Success Factors, etc.)</li><li>
Strong passive sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, local workforce centers, and industry networks.</li><li>
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with a full requisition load.</li><li>
Ability to work with highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.</li></ul><div></div><div> 
Preferred Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR.</li></ul><div></div><div> 
Location: This position is located in Longmont, CO and will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (1-2 days a week remote) once fully trained.</div><div></div><div> 
Base Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate&rsquo;s overall qualifications and experience.</div><div></div><div>
