We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality &amp; Finishing Technician to provide repair, cleaning, and preventative maintenance services for customer equipment at industrial and commercial facilities.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience in industrial finishing, commercial HVAC systems, air quality, filtration, and equipment maintenance who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working directly with customers, and supporting high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customer equipment in the field</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of industrial and commercial systems</li>
<li>Lead industrial paint, finishing, filtration, HVAC, and indoor air quality maintenance projects</li>

Required Experience
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>1 year of skilled trades or technical field service experience</li>
<li>1 year of experience in a focused application or product line</li>
<li>1 year of experience in at least two of the following areas:</li>

<li>Powder coating / finishing</li>
<li>Commercial HVAC</li>
<li>Industrial cleaning systems</li>
<li>Filtration and indoor air quality</li>
