Serve as the team&rsquo;s functional expert on paid partnership strategy, training and coaching teammates on best practices, contract norms, and negotiation tactics.</li><li>
Analyze campaign performance using CreatorIQ, Archive, and related analytics tools, driving iterative improvements across the influencer program.</li><li>
Partner with the Influencer Coordinator on performance metrics to create actionable takeaways, recapping, and managing the financial process tracker and trial balance.</li><li>
Analyze competitive landscape for influencer marketing or adjacent categories to develop creative campaign concepts to drive new customer acquisition</li><li>
Strategize new ways to drive influencers to anthropologie.com and facilitate usage of influencer content on other marketing channels.</li><li>
Oversee Influencer program budget, including monthly forecasting, tracking, and actualization and maintaining accurate and timely budget documentation.</li><li>

Role Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand, Influencer, or Partnership Marketing, or a related role.</li><li>

 Affiliate &amp; Performance Marketing Support
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Support the execution of affiliate and performance creator programs (ShopMy, creator storefronts, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Track affiliate creator performance and optimize partnerships based on conversion data
 </li>
 <li>
 Help identify creators that drive strong CTR, engagement, and revenue performance
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Talent Research &amp; Creator Partnerships
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and vet emerging creators aligned with OLAPLEX brand positioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain influencer databases and talent pipelines
 </li>

 Assist with creator communications and partnership coordination

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Partner with Social, Paid Media, PR, and E-commerce teams to align on creator content opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with retail partners (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Amazon) to identify creators and develop content that supports retail marketing initiatives
 </li>

 Support influencer activations tied to product launches, campaigns, and retail moments
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with influencer events, brand experiences, and creator gifting programs
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 About You:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator content trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience tracking influencer campaign performance and reporting metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with influencer platforms and affiliate programs (ShopMy, Tribe, CreatorIQ, etc.) preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and project management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and relationship management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for beauty, haircare, and creator culture
 </li>
 <li>
 A performance-driven mindset with curiosity for influencer analytics

 Our Total Rewards:
 
 
 
 The annual base pay for this position is
 
 $60,000 - $70,000
 
 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
