POLYWOOD is looking for an <b>Influencer &amp; PR Manager</b> to bring us into the conversations that matter, through creators, media, and partnerships that shape how people think about their outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes influencer marketing and PR, knows how to build strong, collaborative relationships with agency partners, media, and influencers of all sizes. The Program Manager, Paid Influencer, Affiliate, and Brand Partnerships is responsible for owning and scaling the paid influencer program, with social commerce and creator-led affiliate marketing at its core. As a <b>creator lead</b> on the Social and Digital team, you&rsquo;ll lead Progressive&rsquo;s influencer and creator marketing program, developing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business impact. In this role, you&rsquo;ll coordinate the end-to-end development of creator campaigns, from strategy and creator selection through content development, activation, measurement, and optimization. You'll manage agency partners, identify and vet creators and online personalities, guide creative development, and collaborate across social media, media, brand, legal, PR, and analytics teams to bring creator-led programs to life.</p><p>

Must-have qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years work experience in digital marketing, specifically, Creator/Influencer marketing</li><li>

<p>CLEAN Cause is looking for a Content &amp; Creator Marketing Manager who's ready to build. You'll be a key player in developing our creator ecosystem, driving audience growth, and turning our digital channels into a genuine growth engine for the brand. You're socially savvy, deeply fluent in TikTok and Instagram, and you understand the creator world from the inside out. <p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Content &amp; Creator</b></h3>
<ul><li>Lead creation of CLEAN&rsquo;s content engine, building community and creator relationships to drive brand awareness and conversion, with a focus on authentic and on-brand UGC creationLead creator collaboration and relationship management end to end, from strategy to scope development</li>
<li>Oversee content calendar across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), with support from CLEAN Cause&rsquo;s Marketing Coordinator</li>

<li>Experience with influencer/creator platforms (SocialLadder, Cohley, AspireIQ, #paid)</li>
<li>Social management platform experience (Sprout Social, Later or similar)Strong analytical skills &mdash; comfortable taking data, dissecting insights and creating a story</li>
