<p>Hiring <b>Data Privacy Assistant</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>1. Assist the DPO in implementing and maintaining the data privacy program, policies, and procedures.</p><p>2. Conduct data inventory and mapping activities to identify personal data processed by the organization.</p><p>3. Support the execution of Privacy Impact Assessments for new projects and systems.</p><p>4. Monitor compliance with privacy requirements across departments and third-party vendors.</p><p>5. Assist in handling Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensuring timely responses.</p><p>6. Draft and edit internal communications, memos, and reports</p><p>13. Collaborate to integrate Data Privacy -related risk considerations into the Bank&rsquo;s risk management processes.</p><p>14. Track and follow up on Data Privacy KPIs and progress indicators.</p><p>15. Coordinate with Cybersecurity to ensure data protection across systems and environments.</p><p>16.
