We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled <b>IT Systems Analyst</b> to support the technology infrastructure powering Metro Vein Centers' rapidly expanding network of clinics.</p>

In this role, you'll serve as a key technical partner to our clinical teams, operations leaders, and corporate staff&mdash;ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and optimized for performance. This position combines hands-on troubleshooting, systems administration, and infrastructure support with project ownership across new clinic launches and enterprise technology initiatives.</p>

What You'll Do</b></h2>
<ul><li>Provide advanced technical support to clinic teams, corporate staff, and leadership across hardware, software, and connectivity issues</li>
<li>Serve as a primary escalation point for IT service requests, troubleshooting complex technical issues affecting clinic operations</li>
<li>Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, clinical equipment, and office hardware</li>
<li>Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access controls across enterprise systems and SaaS platforms</li>
<li>Support administration of core technology platforms including EMR systems, productivity tools, communication systems, and security platforms</li>
<li>Monitor system health, endpoint security tools, and alerts to proactively identify and address potential risks</li>
<li>Assist with security and compliance initiatives, including HIPAA requirements and internal IT policies</li>
<li>Coordinate technology setup and deployment for <b>new clinic openings</b>, including networking, hardware, applications, and user accounts</li>

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in wire payments to support a large-scale Payments Transformation program. This role will focus on modernizing wire processing capabilities across Fedwire, SWIFT, and CHIPS, working closely with product, operations, compliance, and engineering teams.<br>

The ideal candidate has worked hands-on with wire processing flows, understands US and cross-border wire requirements end to end, and can guide requirements and design for complex, regulated payment systems.<br>
