The selected candidate will join the LMA Classified Cybersecurity Team as an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) on-site at Fort Worth, Texas. The ISSM will lead the cybersecurity posture for Special Access Programs (SAPs) within the LMA Classified Cybersecurity Team. This role ensures that all classified information systems meet customer and DoD security requirements throughout the system lifecycle.<br>
Key Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Execute technical Information Assurance (IA) in accordance with customer security requirements and the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG)
</li><li>Author, maintain, and update system security artifacts (ATO, SSP, POA&amp;M, risk assessments, continuous monitoring plans)</li><li>Validate that security controls are correctly implemented and remain effective throughout the system lifecycle.</li><li>Perform continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and incident investigations.
</li><li>Design or advise on technical solutions to complex problems which require extensive technical expertise and ingenuity.
</li><li>Partner with ISSOs to meet program requirements and achieve security objectives.</li><li>Coordinate with program security, cyber‑management, senior internal stakeholders (e.g., Program Managers), external customers (e.g., Government Security Control Assessors), and other relevant parties to clarify requirements and resolve issues while balancing customer needs against compliance mandates.</li><li>Ensure selected security controls operate as intended in every phase of the information‑system lifecycle.</li><li>Participate in the implementation of current and future security domains (e.g. DevSecOps, AI, CDS, etc.)</li><li>Provide cybersecurity education and training for all system users on appropriate risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Participate in customer meetings and exercises to satisfy contractual cyber requirements across multiple locations.
