As an intern, you will participate in our 12-week internship programme in our Saudi Arabia Data Centers in Riyadh.<br>

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br>

You will have the opportunity to provide our internal workforce with infrastructure-related support, resolving tickets related to hardware (Motherboard, RAM, CPU, GPU, etc.) and networking tickets (Link Down, Optics Replacements, Switch Replacements, etc.).<br>
In addition to hardware and network repair, interns will learn how to install equipment, create documentation, innovate solutions, and fix complex problems within the data centre space.<br>

Duties include:<br>

MetaPhase is a people-first, mission-driven consulting firm that operates at the intersection of federal missions and advanced technology. As a MetaPhase Intern, you will work as part of a consulting team through a realistic federal contract scenario - from proposal response to solution design and build to launch and executive presentation. You will use modern AI tooling and engineering practices (including agent-assisted development, machine learning, and computer vision where relevant) to ship a working product that addresses a real mission problem. This internship is designed for students who are genuinely excited about technology, who build things, and who want their work to matter.</div>

What You Will Be Doing:</b></div></div></div></div><ul><li>
Work as part of an intern consulting team through the full lifecycle of a federal IT project - proposal, design, build, and launch</li><li>
Contribute to building a working prototype or product using modern software practices (Git-based workflows, iterative delivery, and documentation)</li><li>
Apply AI tools to accelerate delivery using MetaPhase&rsquo;s internal tooling and modern AI-enabled workflows</li><li>
Translate mission needs into solution concepts, iterate based on feedback, and communicate progress clearly</li><li>
Prepare and deliver a final product demo and executive presentation to MetaPhase leadership</li></ul><p><b>
What We Need From You (Required):
</b></p><ul><li><b>Strong interest in federal consulting and public service mission delivery</b></li><li><b>
Demonstrated passion for technology and AI, including a clear point of view - you can tell us your favorite AI tool and your favorite technology </b><b>you&rsquo;ve</b><b> used recently, and why</b></li><li><b>
Proof that you build - personal website, demo link, project write-up, portfolio, or GitHub contribution graph</b></li><li><b>
Strong communication</b><b> skills and the ability to explain technical work to mixed audiences</b></li><li><b>
Rising sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate student - graduating between 2027 and 2029</b></li><li><b>
Ability to work in-person at MetaPhase headquarters in Reston, Virginia, four days per week, for the full internship period</b></li><li><b>
