Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Lead IT infrastructure projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met</li><li>
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders</li><li>
Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics</li><li>
Serve as the main point of escalation for project-related issues</li><li>
Maintain project documentation, reports, and client communications</li><li>
Identify process improvements and implement standardized project management best practices</li><li>
Conduct post-project reviews and ensure lessons learned are captured</li><li>
Ensure all projects comply with Entech HIPAA and Information Security policies</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
5+ years managing IT projects or programs, preferably in MSP or technology services</li><li>
Experience delivering network infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint deployment projects</li><li>
Proficient with project management tools such as ConnectWise, MS Project, or similar</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification</li><li>
Prior experience leading teams of engineers and IT coordinators</li></ul><div><b>

Valid Florida Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>
Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed</li></ul><div><b>
