 The Skills
 
 
 
 Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering (MEng or BEng), and either chartered or working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng or equivalent), you will have proven experience in civil and infrastructure engineering within a consultancy environment.
 
 
 You should be well-versed in infrastructure design software, with practical expertise in grading and earthworks for external works, wet utilities design including stormwater, sewerage, and domestic water networks, as well as coordinating dry utility requirements in relation to civil works.
 
 
 Experience of delivering projects within the region is mandatory, together with involvement across all stages of development from Concept and Detailed Masterplanning through to Detailed Design and Construction, with a strong understanding of authority approval processes.
 
 
 Local registration with the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) is highly desirable.
 
 
 You will also have experience integrating infrastructure within building and development plot projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and other specialists.
 
 
 The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven managerial ability, demonstrating a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Senior Infrastructure Design Engineer

We are looking for a high-energy and self-motivated Data Center Design Engineer to lead projects and guide cross-functional teams to meet Infrastructure Design requirements along with scheduling goals. As a Data Center Infrastructure Design Engineer you will work closely with our Data Center Electrical, Mechanical &amp; Structural Engineers to maximize our data center spaces (data halls) to ensure they are efficient for our site teams. 
 
Our Data Center Infrastructure Design Engineering team is responsible for creating, designing or modifying designs for our infrastructure. We are looking for a strong, enthusiastic Engineer that has extensive knowledge in Mechanical and Data Center Infrastructure Designs to join our Infrastructure Engineering Team. 
 
Description 
 
This individual will work closely with our with our construction, design and internal Engineering teams to publish and implement construction drawings and specifications of products we use within our spaces. In addition, this individual will work closely with vendors to develop products based off our requirements. Provide project timelines and update reports to internal &amp; external stakeholders.

Work closely with our network architects through various stages of the design process to understand their structured cabling and electrical requirements. 
 
Engage with operational teams that include Site Services and Facility Engineers to review documentation handovers. 
 
Work closely with external vendors &amp; suppliers to meet our demand which includes product availability, product changes and ensuring quotes are submitted and supplies are accounted for. 
 
Responsible for creating bill of materials (BOM), Scopes of Work (SOW) and installation drawings for new projects. 
 
Working with construction team to support new projects along with managing contractors directly. 
 
Preferred Qualifications 
 
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills 
 
Knowledge of data centers 
 
Project Management experience 
 
Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure standards 
 
Ability to maintain records of design work (as builds) 
 
Strong understanding of network environments 
 
Ability to navigate AutoCAD Software 
 
Ability to create and manipulate CAD 2D &amp; 3D models for use
