 This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Doha office and take a key role in shaping our growing Civil Engineering and Infrastructure capability.
 
 
 You will be part of a team delivering some of the most prestigious and complex projects across Qatar, UAE, KSA, and internationally.
 
 
 Working alongside talented engineers, technicians, and colleagues across multiple disciplines, you will contribute to the delivery of technically excellent, commercially successful projects.
 
 
 Your focus will be on infrastructure within the built environment, spanning a wide range of civil engineering projects.

 The Skills
 
 
 
 Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering (MEng or BEng), and either chartered or working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng or equivalent), you will have proven experience in civil and infrastructure engineering within a consultancy environment.
 
 
 You should be well-versed in infrastructure design software, with practical expertise in grading and earthworks for external works, wet utilities design including stormwater, sewerage, and domestic water networks, as well as coordinating dry utility requirements in relation to civil works.
 
 
 Experience of delivering projects within the region is mandatory, together with involvement across all stages of development from Concept and Detailed Masterplanning through to Detailed Design and Construction, with a strong understanding of authority approval processes.
 
 
 Local registration with the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) is highly desirable.
 
 
 You will also have experience integrating infrastructure within building and development plot projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and other specialists.
 
 
 The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven managerial ability, demonstrating a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

<div><ul><li>You should be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of relevant Highways/ Roads design standards.
</li><li>You will be able to use the relevant design software such as Civil 3D, PDS/Key Line and Sign, AutoCAD and ProjectWise.
</li><li>Proficient in use of standard office software
</li><li>Confidence to seek clarification of instructions and work scope
</li><li>Able to liaise as necessary with the UK project team to deliver the schemes/projects
</li><li>You will be quick to pick up new ideas and skills and be able to think laterally to generate new solutions to problems.

 <div><ul><li>You will be working and supporting a range of Highways/ Roads, walking &amp; cycling and Local Government Infrastructure schemes.
</li><li>You will be working closely with the lead design engineer or work package manager to develop design solutions in accordance with the relevant standards.
</li><li>You will be expected to play a proactive part in the design process and to be active on several projects at any given time.
</li><li>You will be contributing to all types of projects.
</li><li>You will be using AutoCAD and other design software for the production and development of designs and drawings.
</li><li>You will read and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures for Health and Safety including the H&amp;S Policy, H&amp;S Manual, and Local Procedures Manual.</li></ul></div>
 <div><ul><li>Proven working knowledge of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB), Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCDHW) and Local Authority standards
</li><li>Ability to support production of technical specifications and reports

<ul><li>You will have a bachelor&rsquo;s or post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 2-4 years post-graduate experience in Highway design
