Job Description 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our infrastructure projects, ensuring precise measurements and alignments for various construction activities.<ul><li>
Conduct topographic, control, and setting-out surveys for infrastructure projects, including stormwater drainage and microtunneling works</li><li>
Establish, verify, and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference grids</li><li>
Review and apply approved drawings, alignment data, and coordinate systems in compliance with local standards and project requirements</li><li>
Perform precise measurements for horizontal and vertical alignments, pipe inverts, tunnel drives, and shaft locations</li><li>
Conduct as-built surveys and verify the accuracy of contractors' as-built drawings</li><li>
Monitor microtunneling drive alignments and breakthrough coordinates, ensuring compliance with allowable tolerances</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date survey records, field books, and digital data files</li><li>
Collaborate with contractors and supervision teams to resolve survey discrepancies or deviations on-site</li><li>
Verify and certify survey results for measurement sheets, interim payments, and progress verification</li><li>
Participate in pre-construction and progress meetings to provide input on survey status and required actions</li><li>
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all field operations</li><li>
Calibrate and maintain survey instruments according to project quality assurance procedures</li><li>
Provide support during testing, commissioning, and handover stages by verifying final levels and coordinates</li></ul> 

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline</li><li>
Minimum 7 years of experience in surveying and setting-out for infrastructure projects</li><li>
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, Total Station, and surveying software</li><li>
Strong understanding of coordinate systems, datum control, and vertical alignment verification</li><li>
Experience with deep pipeline, shaft construction, and tunnel alignment monitoring</li><li>
RTA approval and certification for Microtunneling Works (mandatory)</li><li>
Familiarity with RTA, DM, and DEWA standards for utility and infrastructure projects</li><li>
Expertise in stormwater drainage and microtunneling works</li><li>
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and procedures, particularly in Dubai</li><li>
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work</li><li>
Good physical fitness for fieldwork activities</li><li>
Valid driver's license</li><li>

1. Technical Delivery<ul><li>

Ability to oversee and manage survey aspects of site construction activities.</li><li>
Provide support to ensure the smooth execution of projects.</li><li>

Liaise with other agencies (Consultants/Contractors) to coordinate the survey work.</li><li>
Prepare neat sketches to support the fieldwork.

Perform the work in Total Station and their associated software. 
 
2. Collaboration and working as part of a team.</li></ul><ul><li>

Experience in identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions, and coordinating responses.</li><li>

3. Client Service Management
