Job Purpose 
<ul><li>The Strategy &amp; Innovation Project Manager leads cross-functional teams in the end-to-end delivery of New Product Development (NPD) projects, driving innovation aligned with Gold Bond&rsquo;s strategic growth objectives. This role is responsible for implementing structured strategy and innovation processes, including stage gate methodologies, to evaluate and advance projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

You will help lead WPP Production's dedicated Innovation Squad, one of three regional teams across New York, London, and Singapore, purpose-built to drive AI and production innovation across one of WPP's most strategically important global client partnerships. The Sr Mgr, Service Innovation will play an essential role in supporting the Service, R&amp;D, manufacturing teams. This position involves establishing collaboration between R&amp;D, Service Innovation, Manufacturing and other multi-functional product development teams to improve the serviceability, performance and reliability of the robotic medical platforms. You will be developing innovative solutions that address Design for Serviceability and optimizing mechanisms that support the Service business. Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
Lead of a team consisting of Service Innovation team members representing different Service areas focusing on the realization of the Service Innovation project plan.</li><li>
Lead multi-disciplinary service innovation change projects, manage cross-functional project/study teams.</li><li>
Incorporate the Design for Serviceability concepts in the product design process.</li><li>
Contribute to the vision of the Service business by providing inputs to the Service product roadmap.</li><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive serviceability requirements strategy to ensure products are designed for easy maintenance and support, addressing both hardware and software needs effectively.</li><li>
Oversee the strategic development and continuous improvement of comprehensive service documentation frameworks for product upgrades and updates, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices while driving initiatives to gather and integrate user feedback for enhanced usability and effectiveness.</li><li>
Influence the organization and lead recommendations to implement innovative digital solutions and predictive maintenance tools that enhance serviceability by enabling real-time monitoring and efficient maintenance practices.</li><li>
Continuously enhance the robotics platform and develop new service solutions by integrating groundbreaking technologies and collaborating with different stakeholders to meet real-world needs and market demands.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3>
Education:<ul><li>
Typically requires an engineering related degree (e.g. Mechanical, electrical or Biomedical).</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 15 years or Master&rsquo;s degree with 10 years of related experience.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Experience and Skills</h3>
Required:
<ul><li>Experience in people leadership with track records of delivering results though leading others.</li><li>
Experienced with working in a development environment, understanding of the product creation processes and the technical principles of applicable systems/components.</li><li>
Experience leading multi-functional management meetings and management updates.</li><li>
Standout leader with good interpersonal skills and ability to influence others. Proven partnership qualities and experience working collaboratively with different team members from all levels and functions in the organization.</li><li>

Reporting to the Director, Intellectual Property, the Patent Manager is responsible for managing the development and protection of an assigned portfolio of intellectual property assets. Working closely with inventors, outside counsel, and MSIP&rsquo;s internal teams, the Patent Manager coordinates the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, ensures timely execution of IP-related documents, and supports strategic decision-making related to the institution&rsquo;s IP portfolio. The Patent Manager assists the Director and Senior Manager, Intellectual Property, with patent strategy meetings, budget and invoice management, and communication with internal stakeholders. This role supports the mission of MSIP by aligning patent activities with commercialization goals and institutional priorities, while promoting best practices in IP operations. 
Responsibilities
IP Portfolio Management<ul><li>Under the direction of the Director, Intellectual Property, manages the preparation and prosecution of an assigned portfolio of U.S. and foreign intellectual property assets; coordinates directly with outside counsel and inventors to ensure timely and high-quality filings; facilitates execution of patent-related documents including declarations, assignments, and powers of attorney.</li><li>Collaborates with internal stakeholders across MSIP&mdash;including Business Development &amp; Licensing, Strategic Alliances, Finance &amp; Operations, and Administration&mdash;to ensure IP activities support commercialization strategies and institutional priorities.</li><li>Assists the Director and Senior Manager, Intellectual Property with the preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for patent strategy meetings.</li></ul>
IP Operations<ul><li>Assists with the financial administration of the IP portfolio, including opening financial matters with outside counsel, reviewing invoices, and coordinating annuity and maintenance fee payments through external providers.</li><li>Maintains accurate and up-to-date IP records in internal databases (e.g., Inteum); supports periodic audits and resolves discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Supports the development and implementation of internal procedures and best practices that promote operational efficiency, data integrity, and compliance with institutional and legal standards.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelors degree or greater preferred, or a combination of applicable experience and education. Degree in Science or Engineering preferred;.</li><li>
3+ years experience (5 preferred), managing and administrating program activities for assigned area</li></ul>
