Respond to customer&rsquo;s and outside sales requests in &ldquo;real time&rdquo; for price quotations, order entry and placement and communicate order status to customer and outside sales</li><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure proper support and provide a positive customer experience to instill confidence and comfort in every transaction</li><li>
Prepare quotes, order entry, resolve queries and manage production on orders utilizing the ERP system</li><li>
Serve as a liaison with outside sales, purchasing and the toll processor to expedite orders and meet delivery dates</li><li>
Plan, organize and coordinate with management to pre-qualify bids over $3,000 for Project or Contract Management</li><li>
Utilize the Company&rsquo;s customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain complete call records and valid customer/account information which supports increased product sales goals</li><li>
Coordinate delivery times with production and Operations Lead in order to achieve customer satisfaction when normal lead times are not adequate</li><li>
Work with vendors to obtain information regarding pricing and specifications to complete and execute on project deliverables</li><li>
Demonstrate an expertise in collaborating with multiple functions, including sales partners, internal business partners, and acts with a sense of urgency on customer feedback</li><li>
Participate in various projects with the Technical Department related to account specific or special product and project opportunities</li><li>
Assist in management of both freight and warranty claims</li><li>

Education</b></div>

A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline; in the absence of a degree, directly-related job experience serving in strategic account management and industrial sales role, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.</div><br>

What&rsquo;s the job:</b></p><p>
The Account Manager contributes to TFS&rsquo; ongoing profitable and sustainable growth by facilitating inbound / outbound calling and contact with new and existing sales channel customers to target equipment finance opportunities. The position will serve as a customer facing role to both external customers as well as internal stakeholders. The Account Manager is responsible to manage a book of customers through the sales funnel, net new customer acquisitions, foster relationships of existing customers, and provide equipment financing solutions to customers across North America.</p><p><b>
What you&rsquo;ll be doing:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Assist with the execution of sales strategies for the sales channel and contribute to its success</li><li>
Establish net new relationships with customers over the phone while expanding on existing customer relationships with previously funded customers</li><li>
Provide detailed credit submissions that include all relevant information required by our funding partners, including but not limited to financial statements, ownership structure, business plan, rationale for the equipment, revenue projections, industry/competitive/regional overview, etc.</li><li>
Strategically advise the customer on their financing options and competitive solutions provided by lenders</li><li>
Provide customers with the necessary information to complete new credit applications and credit packages</li><li>
Negotiate with potential clients the terms of financial packages, including selling the terms of credit approvals and closing financing transactions, with a focus on meeting and exceeding volume quotas and over-rate targets</li><li>
Process all loan applications within an acceptable timeframe as well as following application guidelines, ensuring all outstanding loan related information is collected</li><li>
Monitor, escalate, or recommend loan application exceptions and overrides so that they are appropriately handled in an efficient manner</li><li>
Maintain a client database through TFS&rsquo;s client relationship management software to effectively manage client resources</li><li>
Strategically work with multiple lending sources to achieve the highest approval rate possible</li><li>
Maintain a strong working knowledge of our lender programs</li><li>
Troubleshoot deficiencies in funding or other aspects that arise in the sale/transaction process</li><li>
Exceed personal monthly, quarterly, and annual financial revenue targets</li><li>
Support ongoing department initiatives as directed by management</li><li>
Perform other job-related duties as required to meet organizational needs.</li></ul></div><p><b>
