Sales Conversion &amp; Revenue Growth</p><ul><li><p>
Drive higher consultation show and close rates through consistent follow-up and value-based communication.</p></li><li><p>
Effectively cross-sell and upsell treatments, packages, and memberships, reinforcing client loyalty and repeat visits.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with providers and practice managers to align messaging, promotions, and client offers to maximize conversion rates.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain an optimistic, encouraging mindset in all client conversations to inspire confidence and enhance outcomes.</p></li></ul><p>
Clinic &amp; Team Support</p><ul><li><p>
Provide support to the assigned home clinic while also serving as backup support for at least one additional clinic within the platform.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM/EMR system, ensuring documentation of preferences, goals, and next steps.</p></li><li><p>
Partner with the Client Growth Manager to review weekly performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.</p></li></ul><p>
Operational Support &amp; Accountability</p><ul><li><p>
Monitor and manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider utilization, filling last-minute cancellations or openings with prospective clients.</p></li><li><p>
Track and report key performance indicators (show rate, close rate, sales conversion, membership enrollments) on a regular basis.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrate accountability for meeting individual and team goals while maintaining a client-first mindset.</p></li><li><p>
Participate in weekly reviews of performance activity to ensure consistency with the Outgrow model.</p></li></ul><b><br>
Qualifications:</b><ul><li>
2+ year experience in customer service, call center, or sales environment (medspa, beauty, or healthcare field preferred)</li><li>
Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead follow-up strongly preferred</li><li>
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills</li><li>
Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, and cosmetic procedures</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Familiarity with appointment booking software a plus</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant training is a plus</li></ul><b>
