Position Summary</div><div>
The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) is a manager and sales leader responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the inside sales team. This role involves managing inside sales associates, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets branch sales goals as well as performing individual selling efforts. The ISM will also provide training and mentoring to new salespeople and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and outstanding customer service.</div><div>

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Lead the inside sales team to achieve branch and company sales growth goals.</li><li>
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.</li><li>
Ensure accurate and timely processing of quotes, orders, and other sales activities.
</li><li>Lead new product sales and new programs sales to achieve growth goals.</li><li>
Ensure an elevated level of customer service is provided using &ldquo;The Master Halco Way&rdquo;.</li><li>
Support Outside Sales Associates in responding to customers&rsquo; needs.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe work environment that meets company standards.</li><li>
Ensure that proper SOPs and Company policies are followed.</li><li>
Champion technological enhancements to the business.</li><li>
Special projects as assigned by Branch Manager.</li><li>
Hire and train associates and coach them to develop their selling skills to maximize the potential of each Inside Sales Associate.</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.</li><li>
Expedite resolutions and make timely decisions when customer service issues arise.</li><li>
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.</li></ul><div>

Collaborate with commercial sales leaders and marketing team to formulate strategies that are in line with the goals of the organization.</li><li>
Continually evaluate sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in exceeding sales goals.</li><li>
Utilize customer feedback to generate ideas about new promotions or products.</li><li>
Manage utilization of existing sales tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft and Tableau.</li><li>
