Responsibilities
 
Summary : Responsible for growing Frontdoor’s sales by reaching out to prospective and existing clients to drive top line sales and revenue. Creating and developing long-term relationships with consumers, members and/or external partners, and connecting with key stakeholders. You will identify, analyze and help the team grow in your location.
 
Responsibilities: 
Source new sales opportunities working with new and existing accounts within an assigned area, using various form of communications.
 
Meet or exceed sales targets and other KPIs identified.
 
Leverages and analyzes data to gain deeper understanding of geographical opportunities, identify and contribute to new opportunities, and continually implementing strategies/tactics to grow existing business.
 
Track, monitor, and report on individual performance, making adjustments as needed.
 
May assume other duties as applied.
 
Qualifications

Preferred Skills: 
Physical Role Requirements : Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
 
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
 
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role) : 1+ years sales or related work experience preferred
 
Travel: Ability to travel once a 1-2 a year to designated geographies
 
FLSA (Exempt or Non-Exempt) : Non-Exempt
 
Other/State Specific
 
This role pays between $18.00/hr to $23.00/hr, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.

<div><div><div><div>The Inside Sales/ Lead Manager is responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads. This is a high-volume pre-sales role requiring consistent follow-up with new leads.

What you will do:
<ul>
<li>Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers</li>
<li>Aggressive follow up on &quot;after-hours&quot; or missed calls</li>
<li>Utilize multiple methods of contact (text messaging, e-mails, phone calls) to reach prospective sellers</li>
<li>Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process</li>
<li>Audit leads to ensure they're followed up on appropriately</li>
<li>Assign leads that aren't auto assigned to Real Estate Consultants</li>
<li>Follow up on aged leads</li>
<li>Provide general sales support</li>
</ul>
About You:
<ul>
<li>You have 2+ years of experience working in a high volume inbound/outbound call environment</li>
<li>You have followed up on leads to begin the lead qualification process</li>
<li>You have experience working with consumers/homeowners (preferred)</li>
<li>You have experience in real estate (preferred)</li>
<li>You have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred)</li>
