The Role:</b><br>
Gotham FC is seeking an Inside Sales Manager who will report to the Director of Sales. This role is responsible for leading, developing, and motivating the Inside Sales team to drive new business revenue through ticket sales initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ticket sales, a passion for women&rsquo;s sports and soccer, and demonstrated experience coaching entry-level sales representatives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. This position requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.</div><div><br>
In addition to leading the team, this is an active selling role. The Inside Sales Manager will be expected to manage and grow their own book of business, consistently hit individual and team revenue targets, and lead by example through outbound phone calls, prospecting efforts, and closing new business. Lead the Inside Sales team in driving new business revenue through full-season memberships, partial plans, groups, and premium hospitality products.</li><li>
Set, track, and manage individual and team sales goals to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and annual targets.</li><li>
Monitor team performance metrics including call volume, appointments set, revenue generation, and conversion rates.</li><li>
Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and outbound initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.</li><li>

Recruit, hire, onboard, and train Inside Sales Representatives.</div><ul><li>

Ticket Sales &amp; Revenue Generation</b></div><ul><li>
Drive new business revenue through the sale of full-season memberships, partial plans, groups, and premium hospitality products.</li><li>

Manage a full sales funnel from prospecting and discovery to presentation, close, and follow-up.</li><li>
Plan, organize and execute Group Sales events/nights at Gotham FC matches.</li></ul><div><b>
Prospecting &amp; Pipeline Management</b></div><ul><li>
Oversee team prospecting efforts including outbound calling, email campaigns, networking, and in-person events.</li><li>
Ensure consistent daily outreach activity and adherence to CRM best practices.</li><li>
Maintain oversight of the team&rsquo;s pipeline health, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.</li>
Utilize CRM systems (SI Tickets and HubSpot preferred) to track performance and optimize conversion strategies.<br>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in ticket sales, including prior success as an Account Executive/Senior Ticket Sales Account Executive or similar revenue-generating role.</li><li>

Experience with ticketing platforms (SI Tickets and HubSpot preferred).</li>
Prior experience working in the sports industry is preferred.<br>

Based at Gotham FC&rsquo;s business office, which is located at 15 Exchange Place Jersey City, New Jersey, on a hybrid working schedule which consists of three core in-office/in-person days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two non-core days (Monday and Friday), with the option of being in the business office or remote. Ability to attend all home games and any mandatory events as well as away games, as necessary. A willingness to travel for other business-related needs, as they arise. Ability to work at the team&rsquo;s soccer operations office in Whippany, New Jersey, as needed. Gotham FC requires its associates to live in its market, that is, within reasonable commuting distance of Gotham FC&rsquo;s offices, practice facility, and Sports Illustrated Arena.</div><div></div><div><br>

This role oversees the development and performance of a sales team, meet and exceed sales team quota, manages pipeline activity, and ensures alignment between marketing efforts and sales execution. SPECIFIC DUTIES

Sales Leadership & Team Development
<br><ul>
<li>Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives (product consultants)</li>
<li>Establish individual and team sales targets; monitor and drive performance against goals</li>
<li>Provide daily guidance and front-line support to address sales challenges and improve outcomes</li>
<li>Foster a performance-driven culture centered on accountability and continuous improvement</li>
<li>Carries out supervisory responsibilities for direct reports. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems</li>

Pipeline & Revenue Management

<li>Oversee the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, follow-ups, quoting, and deal closing to guide team to meet quota</li>
<li>Monitor pipeline health to ensure consistent and predictable revenue generation</li>
<li>Support team members with strategic quoting and negotiations to maximize close rates</li>
<li>Track and improve key metrics such as win rates, sales activity, and revenue performance</li>
</ul>
Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation

<li>Experience in designing, planning and integrating marketing strategies, advertising campaigns across digital, social and paid medical channels</li>
<li>Drive lead generation efforts to support pipeline growth and sales targets</li>
<li>Evaluate campaign performance and optimize for improved return on investment</li>

Sales & Marketing Alignment

CRM & Process Optimization

<li>Oversee CRM system management (e.g., Acctvantage), ensuring data accuracy and integrity</li>
<li>Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and scalability of sales and marketing operations</li>
<li>Monitor onboarding progress and performance metrics for new hires</li>
</ul>
Representation & Cross-Functional Support

QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution</li>
<li>Master’s degree in business preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in sales</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 – 5 years in management of sales team</li>
<li>Medical sales or inside sales experience a plus</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in inside sales and revenue generation</li>
<li>Experience with marketing strategy and campaign execution</li>
<li>Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in PC tools, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>
