Responsibilities  <ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and other deep learning architectures.</li><li>Conduct research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and machine learning.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business domain experts and technical teams to translate client requirements into robust, scalable AI solutions.</li><li>Process, cleanse, and analyse large-scale datasets to train, fine-tune, and validate sophisticated models.</li><li>Evaluate model performance, conduct rigorous testing, and iterate on solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Contribute to the enhancement of C5i’s proprietary suite of AI products, solutions, and accelerators.</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in the field of Generative AI and share knowledge with the wider team.</li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>Proven commercial experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong focus on Generative AI.</li><li>In-depth understanding of deep learning frameworks, particularly transformers, GANs, and VAEs.</li><li>Hands-on proficiency with Python and essential data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.</li><li>Strong practical experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).</li><li>Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated machine learning services.</li><li>A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
