 Apply theory and related knowledge to test, repair, and install Air Conditioning &amp; refrigeration, electrical, and Electromechanical components, parts, and Products in the service center and at the customer's location.

 Do the service works on time according to the exact specifications of the Product by using the product Service manual
 </li>

 Job Description
 
 
 <ol>

 Order required spare parts from the spare parts section to repair products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document spare parts used in repair documents and in the company system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Test the functionality of newly repaired or installed units to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain customer confirmation on product performance after repair, especially for home service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report to the Service Supervisor or Chief Technician whenever any service-interrupting event occurs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit collected service payments from customers to the service center on the same day or the next day (for home service).
 </li>
 <li>
 Visit customers&rsquo; homes to provide service and repair their products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Turnaround time (TAT) for indoor job orders:

 working days; for outdoor job cards: 5 working days.
 </li>

 SDA (Small Domestic Appliances).
