<div><b>Job Purpose: </b>The custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Guadalupe Centers&rsquo; facilities, ensuring all areas are safe and secure.</div><br>
<div><b>Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div>Cleaning and Sanitizing:</div>
<ul><li>Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring supplies are replenished.</li>
<li>Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.</li>
</ul><div>Waste Management:</div>
<ul><li>Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables following established procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor and empty trash bins regularly, ensuring proper disposal of waste.</li>
</ul>
<div>Security and Safety:</div>
<ul><li>Maintain a secure and safe environment by promptly addressing spills and hazardous situations.</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.</li>

<div>Supply Management:</div>
<ul><li>Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items.</li>
<li>Report any missing or damaged items to the Lead Custodian(s).</li>

<div>Collaboration:</div>

The employee will also be required to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance. The position also requires the ability to stand for up to eight hours per shift. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is directly responsible for safety, well-being, and work output.</div><br>

Work is reviewed and evaluated through inspection of work performed. Specific cuties may vary depending upon the type of facility to be cleaned.</p>

Position Overview &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
General cleaning of specified areas to each specific facility&rsquo;s needs</li><li>
Window washing, sanitizing, dusting</li><li>
Floor care includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping</li><li>
General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms</li><li>
Completing daily reports for work completed</li><li>
Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

What You&rsquo;ll Need:</b></div><ul><li>

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks</li><li>
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment</li><li>
Ability to work in various weather conditions</li><li>
Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license (preferred)</li><li>
