<div>Pilot - Instructor (IP) and Functional Check Flight (FCF) - MH-60R
Description:
Perform Instructional (IP) and Test flights to measure and demonstrate aircraft proficiency upon completion of aircraft maintenance or modification on the aircraft and provide pilot training and proficiency. 
Essential Responsibilities:<ul>

Pilot and navigate the flight for the MH-60R helicopter.</li>

Provide pilot training and proficiency (IP).</li>

Assist RSNF designated FCF Pilots with all portions of maintenance functional check flights, including preflight briefing, preflight, flight checks, post flight and all required FCF documentation.</li>

Coordinate with maintenance contractors for in-flight troubleshooting discrepancies, and verifications of maintenance actions or repairs, by conducting ground and flight checks.</li>

Guide and assist in managing an approved MH-60R Flight Operations Program in compliance with Navy flight manuals, instructions, directives, SOP&rsquo;s, and local directives.</li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Must possess a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.
Required Training and Experience:
Must possess previous fighter experience within last 8 years in AV-8, A-10, F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22A, F-35 or compatible aircraft as an instructor (&ldquo;K&rdquo; prefix) for fighter MDSs only and/or a qualified contract instructor within the preceding two years on any of the above aircraft. Individuals with previous MTC instructor experience will be evaluated on a case by case basis predicated on airframe and compatible mission type.
Must possess a minimum of 500 hours in aircraft listed above.
Must have completed Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent at any time prior to employment or within six months of employment.
Must be a graduate of AF Advanced Instrument School (AIS), IAW AFMAN 11-210.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:<ul><li>
Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings</li><li>
First Class Medical</li><li>
CAMTS Requirement // 2,000 Total Hours // 1,500 Hours Helicopter // 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters // 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters // 100 Hours in Unaided Night Operations or 50 Hours Unaided and 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG)</li><li>
Must meet and maintain the company&rsquo;s flight personnel weight restriction policy, which limits individual weight to 235 lbs or less</li><li>
Strong Communication, Internal and External Customer Service Skills</li><li>
Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management</li><li>
Must be able to pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, lift 100 pounds to assist in the loading and unloading of patients and equipment.), drug screening and background screen.</li><li>
Demonstrated Internal and External Customer Service skills</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>
Schedule/Location:<ul><li>
Schedule 7&amp;7; Day of week the base changes schedules, and schedule change may be required</li><li>
Must reside within a 1-hour or less commute of the base</li></ul>

INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - Responsible for the delivery of training primarily in a flight simulator/or aircraft, in accordance with the appropriate regulatory and customer requirements.
