 </li><li>Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to help detect causes of abnormal fluctuations in process measurements.
</li><li>Tests accuracy of flowmeters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, and other recording, indicating, or controlling instruments to locate defective components in system, using test equipment.
</li><li>Traces out and tests electrical and electronic solid state components to locate defective parts in analog and digital devices using test equipment, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
</li><li>Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts, using hand tools.
</li><li>Instrument Installation and Loop checking; Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments in system, using hand tools.
</li><li>SIS Instrument Calibrations
</li><li>Analyzing instrument Calibrations (such as but not limited to PH probes, LEL detectors, CO monitors, etc.) including maintenance/Repair
</li><li>Instrument tubing Fitting/bending (Process Tubing, air, etc.)
</li><li>Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing
</li><li>Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function.
</li><li>Records calibrations made, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand.
</li><li>Prepares schematic drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes or alterations made in instruments, circuits, and systems.

</b></p><ul><li>Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting and lifting.
</li><li>Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools.

</li><li>Must be able to work at heights and be able to climb ladders and stairways as well as work on elevated platforms
