Purpose
You will provide instrumentation &amp; controls engineering services on large or mega projects to Worley's and its customers', including technical support and supervision within the instrumentation &amp; controls engineering team.
Roles &amp; Responsibility:<ul><li>
Manage instrumentation &amp; controls engineering services that meet Worley's, its customers&rsquo;, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.</li><li>
Manage instrumentation &amp; controls engineering project requirements.</li><li>
Manage instrumentation &amp; controls engineering services such as:</li></ul>
o participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports, and comply with required checking procedures.
o ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with project change management processes.
o provide advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. For example, oversee requisitions, technical bid evaluations and purchase order preparation.<ul><li>
Act as the instrumentation &amp; controls engineering Lead on specific projects.</li><li>
Should be capable of independently handling instrument and control engineering responsibilities on various oil &amp; gas projects, both onshore and offshore.</li><li>
Train junior engineers on various aspects of instrument and control engineering</li><li>
Quality Assurance and Control requirements of the design process.</li><li>
Prepare engineering, construction and material estimation, schedule, resource planning and update resource capacity.</li><li>
Actively participate Safety aspects of design in relation to the project cycle e.g., PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL assessment &amp; classification methodology and implementation, QRA and Fire &amp; Gas mapping.</li></ul>
Qualifications, Training Required:<ul><li>
The incumbent shall have experience of practical engineering design experience appropriate to the discipline in the offshore and onshore Oil &amp; Gas industry, of which at least few years shall have been spent in offshore design.</li><li>
Offshore experience is must.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of International and Saudi Aramco Standards</li><li>
Saudi Aramco Offshore Project experience is a preferred prerequisite.</li><li>
Working on both projects and proposals which will be executed across all phases of projects including Conceptual Studies; Basic; FEED; Detailed Design; Procurement.</li><li>
Knowledge and experience working with instrumentation &amp; control systems such as process instrumentation, RTU, SCADA, Fire &amp; Gas, Hydraulic ESD Systems &amp; Valves.</li><li>
Experience in Procurement support is required for RFQ, TBE and Vendor Document Reviews</li><li>
