RESPONSIBILITIES: The Automation/Process Engineer is a front line supervisor accountable for directing the Instrument Technicians and working with personnel from other MCC departments. This individual&rsquo;s responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Compliance with all MSHA, Federal, State, and local safety rules and regulations, and/or observance of MCC company policies at all times. Completion of accurate, timely troubleshooting/repairs/maintenance of computer instrumentation, and electrical systems throughout all MCC operations.</li><li>

 The required candidate would be responsible for maintenance &amp; troubleshooting of electrical &amp; instrumentation equipments, including, LT &amp; HT switchgear, Field panels, motors, PLCs, VFDs, MCC, panels and process instruments.
 
 
 <ul>

 During annual maintenance or breakdowns, candidate would be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of all associated electrical &amp; instrumentation parts &amp; equipment&rsquo;s installed on the process and utilities equipment. And to coordinate with internal external stake holders where required for seamless execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 The candidate should be fully versed &amp; knowledgeable about all type of maintenance, having good trouble shooting techniques to minimize MTTR &amp; must be familiar with SAP / CMMS.
 </li>
 <li>
 He would also be responsible for developing/implementing the SOPs for the electrical &amp; instrumentation equipment&rsquo;s.
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer knowledge is essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment are the key for this job.
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure maximum MTBF and minimum MTTR for process breakdowns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance of HSE rules and procedure as per PepsiCo safety policy

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 DAE Electrical with 5-7 years of experience OR B.Tech Electrical with 3-4 years of experience
