What the day will look like</h2><ul><li>
Retains and grows Aon&rsquo;s business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts.</li><li>
Drives the renewal process, assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement the client-specific renewal strategy.</li><li>

Skills and experience that will lead to success</h2><ul><li>
Must have a minimum of 15 years of Property &amp; Casualty (P&amp;C) experience</li><li>
Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts</li><li>
Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail.</li><li>
Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.</li><li>
Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).</li><li>
Must have an active Property &amp; Casualty license</li></ul>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience. 
The salary range for this position is $300,000 to $350,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant&rsquo;s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant&rsquo;s geographic location. 
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon&rsquo;s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
