As an Insurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the maximum benefits from their insurance coverage while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

<li>Verify patients' dental insurance coverage and benefits.</li>
<li>Communicate with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations for treatments.</li>
<li>Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and estimated costs.</li>
<li>Submit accurate and timely insurance claims electronically and via mail.</li>
<li>Follow up on outstanding insurance claims, appeals, and denials.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance policies and industry changes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate patient information and treatment codes.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing insurance-related inquiries and concerns.</li>
