In this role, you will spearhead advisory engagements with leading Property &amp; Casualty (P&amp;C) insurers, acting as a trusted partner to Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Chief Underwriting Officers (CUOs), and Chief Claims Officers (CCOs).</b></h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Serve as a senior advisor to COOs, CUOs, and CCOs at leading P&amp;C insurers, developing strong executive-level relationships.</p></li><li><p>
Understand and articulate the business challenges faced by carriers across underwriting, claims, and operations.</p></li><li><p>
Translate strategic goals into actionable consulting roadmaps and transformation initiatives.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Business Consulting &amp; Solution Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p>
Lead advisory engagements focused on P&amp;C operational strategy, digital enablement, claims modernization, and underwriting transformation.</p></li><li><p>
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, automation, AI/analytics, and customer experience improvements.</p></li><li><p>
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions across the insurance value chain.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Practice Development</b></p><ul><li><p>
Contribute to the development of thought leadership, frameworks, and tools to enhance our P&amp;C advisory offerings.</p></li><li><p>

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>

Required experience:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
10+ years</b> of progressive experience in P&amp;C insurance, with a strong mix of <b>consulting and industry</b> background.</p></li><li><p>
Proven experience advising or working with COOs, CUOs, and CCOs.</p></li><li><p>
Deep knowledge of P&amp;C insurance operations, underwriting, and claims processes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>
Understanding of modern insurance technology platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, AI/ML tools).</p></li><li><p>
Experience with operational benchmarking, cost transformation, and service model redesign.</p></li><li><p>
Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><p>
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The range for this position is <b>$225K - $275K plus variable bonus</b>. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.</p><p></p><p>
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
