The Client Service Specialist assists with maintaining customer files and acts as the front-line administrative processor related to the day-to-day servicing of the client. A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY<ul><li>
Provides ongoing administrative support and coordinates with Account Managers and other service team members to ensure that clients receive all key deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>
Serves as secondary contact and internal back up for Account Manager.</li><li>
Meets with clients and insurance company representatives as requested by Sales and Account Management teams.</li><li>

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE<ul><li>
A Life, Health and Accident License from state of domicile is required within 90 days of hire and must be maintained thereafter.</li><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Minimum of 3+ years&rsquo; experience in Customer Service.</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; may be required, depending on location.</li><li>

The Client Service Specialist, Small Business Unit executes all administrative tasks related to account management and policy servicing for small commercial accounts. These duties include processing policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintaining accurate account records.
