The Client Service Specialist assists with maintaining customer files and acts as the front-line administrative processor related to the day-to-day servicing of the client. A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY<ul><li>
Provides ongoing administrative support and coordinates with Account Managers and other service team members to ensure that clients receive all key deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>
Serves as secondary contact and internal back up for Account Manager.</li><li>
Meets with clients and insurance company representatives as requested by Sales and Account Management teams.</li><li>
Creates client monthly, quarterly and annual reports utilizing Relation templates and software.</li><li>

Assists client in developing and/or refining wellness programs including coordination of health fair vendor participation.</li><li>
Assists with the preparation and assembling of proposals.</li><li>
Assists with development of all marketing, communication, and presentation materials including client&rsquo;s employee benefits guides, communication materials and enrollment</li><li>
Develops and maintains carrier files with all updated contracts and correspondence.</li><li>
Provides support for the research and preparation of communication materials distributed to clients regarding government and legal compliance issues and or requirements.</li><li>

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE<ul><li>
A Life, Health and Accident License from state of domicile is required within 90 days of hire and must be maintained thereafter.</li><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Minimum of 3+ years&rsquo; experience in Customer Service.</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; may be required, depending on location.</li><li>

Your Role: As a Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist, you will be responsible to resolve all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity for personal lines as well as our commercial claims. Your duties will require you to become licensed in several states as you will be handling claims in a multitude of regions across the nation.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Your Work:</h2><ul><li>
Manage all claims efficiently and effectively to an appropriate resolution with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Handle all aspects of liability injury claims of low to moderate complexity to include all coverage, liability and damage concerns.</li><li>
Handle 1st party exposures to include Medical Payment coverage, PIP, Uninsured Motorists, Under-insured Motorists claims as well as ADB (Auto-Death Benefit) claims.</li><li>
Assist in taking first notice of loss calls (FNOL) and participate in the department phone queue as needed.</li><li>
Make coverage determinations and conduct investigative work of a complex nature, advising customers as to accurate course of action related to coverage issues.</li><li>
Make appropriate liability determinations based upon the evidence gathered.</li><li>
Evaluate any potential for subrogation and initiate an initial notice of subrogation request.</li><li>
Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively and efficiently with insureds, claimants, or representatives of the injured parties.</li><li>
