Senior Interface Engineer</b></p><p>
1. Internal Interface Identification &amp; Management</p><p>
Lead internal interface activities under the guidance of the Interface Manager, coordinating across engineering disciplines, EPCC Contractor teams, and internal stakeholders.<br>
Identify and define all internal interfaces and tie-ins during the concept and design phases, ensuring clarity in the EPCC Contract and alignment with project execution plans.<br>
Raise principle decisions based on the Concept Study Report to initiate internal coordination and project alignment.<br>
Launch internal projects based on approved concept studies and ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.</p><p>
2. Coordination &amp; Follow-Up</p><p>
Conduct monthly coordination and follow-up meetings with the Projects Department to track progress of internal projects and tie-ins.<br>
Follow up on principle decisions and internal projects to ensure timely delivery of internal interfaces.<br>
Monitor execution of internal projects to ensure they are progressing as per approved timelines and within allocated budgets.<br>
Flag delays or risks to the Project Director and work with stakeholders to design and implement mitigation actions.</p><p>
3. Coordination</p><p>
Ensure scope related to internal interfaces is clearly understood, properly planned, and implemented during engineering and construction phases.<br>
Monitor adherence to mechanical completion requirements, interface milestones, and overall project schedule.<br>
Review internal tie-in plans and coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, commissioning, maintenance) to ensure alignment and readiness.</p><p>
4. Engineering Collaboration</p><p>
Work closely with discipline engineers (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, etc.) to validate and document all internal interface points.<br>
Ensure technical integrity and traceability of internal interfaces throughout design, construction, and commissioning phases.<br>
5. Schedule &amp; Risk Monitoring</p><p>
Monitor all critical path activities related to internal interfaces and ensure alignment with commissioning-driven schedules.<br>
Identify, report, and track risks associated with internal interface activities, and propose mitigation strategies in coordination with the Interface Manager and Project Controls.<br>
Escalate delays and deviations to the Project Director and ensure recovery plans are agreed and implemented.
</p><p>6. Quality, Standards &amp; Compliance</p><p>
Ensure all internal interface activities meet Project quality standards, technical specifications, and good engineering practices.<br>
Verify that all process technologies, tie-ins, and operational aspects are implemented correctly and safely, ensuring readiness for commissioning and operation.<br>

Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).</p><p>
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Planning and skills in planning integrated activities in offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.</p><p>
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication</p><p>

<li>Follow and maintain the interface Register and define the priority of the interfaces to deal with</li>
<li>Issue the Detailed Interface Document for each point / Subject of the Contractual Interface Specification</li>
<li>Create new interfaces following the project needs</li>
<li>Lead the interfaces meetings.</li>

<li>Work with the contract manager to clarify grey interfaces</li>
<li>Initiate the needed correspondences (emails/ letters) for any needed clarifications or statement to reserve company rights</li>
<li>Issue RFIs for non-covered or needed interfaces</li>
<li>Work with the site manager and CSD team to anticipate/ensure site conditions that may lead to conflict with signaling operation requirement</li>
